Her two-year Special Advisory role to the CSO Board Member of Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance (2013-2015) in Geneva made her appreciate the importance of Ghana having an Immunization Sustainability Fund that reaches children in all corners of the country.

During the long period of silence of the acceptance of the National Immunization Funding Proposal after the demise of President John Evans Atta-Mills, Eunice advised the reconsideration of rewriting the proposal as a FUGI initiative. This was done, and she supported the launch of the Immunization Sustainability Fund (ISFUND) in Ghana.

She now uses this energy to promote the establishment and the rise of ISFUND in the country.
