Evans is enriched with about twenty (20) years in Business Experience Globally in three (3) continents; North Americas, Africa and Europe. He has held Global Leadership Positions and with Fortune 500 Industries in the USA, including Mining, Education, Manufacturing, Banking, Telecommunications, Innovation, Franchise and the NGO fields. These cover Private, Public, Governmental and or Corporate Fields. In the UK, he had the opportunity to have worked with Millward Brown, a Private Research Company for the former Prime Minister Gordon Brown. He uses his International Exposure, Executive Management, Global Networking and Negotiations, Organizational Development and Program Management Skills to make a difference.
Evans is a Business Process Consultant for many Multinational and Local Organizations and Industries in the Private, Public and the NGO sectors. Some of these are the World Bank, the Mining Industry like Newmont Gold, Headquarters in Denver, USA, but has Major Operation Centers in Australia, South Africa, and Ghana. He is an Expert in Coaching, Training, Development and Business Turnarounds. Evans is a Strategist and Lean Six Sigma “Black Belt” Certified and a Creative Investor.
Evans was appointed Ghana Country Chair for Dwight Eisenhower Fellowship since 2015, a prestigious program for the 34th American President that exists to inspire Leaders around the world. This provides Leaders unique opportunities to collaborate and learn from like-minded Executives across National borders. A field he was recognized and awarded by General Colin Powell (RTD) in New York City in 2016, for his Leadership.
Evans is privileged to be serving on a number of boards, both Local and International for example Member Board of Directors – Charter Board Partners for Omar D. Blair, Denver, USA. He is a member of Board of Advisors – Howard University Executive Education, Washington D.C., USA. He is also a member of the Board of Directors – United Nations Association, USA. Watson University, Scholars. He is a founder and Ad-Hoc Grant Committee Member/Mentor, USA. He serves as a member of Board of Directors – Togbe Lablulu Tegbeza IV, Educational Fund in Ghana.
Evans is heavily engaged in social impact initiatives and advocacy of any ‘Good Kind’ to help create a healthy and equal environment for all. His excellent organizational skills made him identified with the potential and feasibility of ISFUND, and agreed to co-ordinate the launch of ISFUND and promote the investment of the funds to grow.
Evans is passionate about ISFUND to ensure that all children in Ghana and Africa receive equal opportunities of Quality Vaccine Protection.
